Successful websites need commitment. You can’t just create a website and then forget about it. In order to keep your website current, functional and relevant to your target audience, it needs active management.

Once your website has gone live, you’ll need to keep its content up to date. Old and/or inaccurate information can drive prospective customers away or can lead to very disgruntled service users and can be very damaging for your business or organisation.

Even if the information is up to date, it does no harm to refresh the content periodically and to give the site a bit of a facelift every now and again. This lets your users know that you’re on top of things and that you care.

Equally, as your business grows or as your organisation undergoes strategic change, this needs to be reflected in your online presence.

Support Options

C2G offers three website support packages to help you keep on top of your website. Our packages are designed to be both practical and affordable and will help to ensure that updates and changes to your website can be made at any time and that your website remains an asset to your organisation. If you choose either the Standard or Advanced Packages, you’ll also be assured that your website is continually being search engine optimised and therefore is always ranked as highly as possible in search engine results.

Our website support packages are summarised below:

Basic

£30/month

Sufficient for simple websites that only require a few minor updates throughout the year.

Key features include:

Minor text updates to your site on existing pages
Minor picture and graphic updates
Up to 1.5 hours web editing/maintenance work per month
Unused allowance can be carried over up to a maximum of 4 hours in any 12 month period
Web hosting and domain name renewal costs as and when required
Regular backups of your website
NO monitoring of search engine performance
Additional work not covered by the above will be charged at our standard hourly rate

Standard

£50/month

Designed for websites where content changes frequently and where performance matters

As Basic Plan, PLUS:

Monthly monitoring of your website’s search engine rankings
Periodic updates to existing products, images and prices
Up to 3 hours web editing/maintenance work per month
Unused allowance can be carried over up to a maximum of 9 hours in any 12 month period
Monitoring of bandwidth and disk requirements
Additional work not covered by the above qualifies for a 10% discount on our standard hourly rate

Advanced

£80/month

Designed for busy websites that need regular updates to existing pages and addition of new pages

As Standard Plan, PLUS:

Regular progress/performance meetings
Addition of new text pages plus minor updates to other existing pages
Up to 6 hours web editing/maintenance work per month
Unused allowance can be carried over up to a maximum of 15 hours in any 12 month period
Fortnightly monitoring of your website’s search engine rankings
Additional work not covered by the above qualifies for a 15% discount on our standard hourly rate
